On January 16, 2003 The Bank of Latvia Board of Governors acknowledged resolution No. 99/4 "Debtors register regulations".

Regulations determine the order in which Latvian commercial banks and foreign bank's branches established in Latvia report the information about debtors to the "Debtors register" and the order in which this information is recorded and distributed from "Debtors register".
