12.	Additional commission fee:
	• The additional commission fee for outgoing payments in EUR when incorrect IBAN is specified and account of the beneficiary is in the one of the banks of EU countries, such as Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Holland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, the Great Britain. 	• The additional commission fee for international incoming transfers when if the account number of the beneficiary is not in IBAN format.	EUR 25,-

*	Under condition of receiving message in SWIFT MT 103 format where account number in IBAN format is specified correctly in the field of payment Beneficiary.
**	According to the appendix Nr.1
***	If commission of the third party's exceeds the commission in price-list difference in the amounts is paid by the Beneficiary.
****	Regulatory payment means that amount of payment does not exceed 50000 EUR, payment Beneficiary is in EU country, payment Beneficiary's account number is specified in IBAN format correctly.
