SMP Bank offers to open the multi currency payment account, which means that the Client can store and perform transactions with different currencies in one and the same account. Legal persons and individuals can open such account in SMP Bank.
By using the payment account is possible to:
- Perform money transactions as well as deposit money into the account in lats or foreign currency;
- Withdraw and deposit cash from and into the account;
- Perform currency converting according to SMP Bank's currency rate;
- Store free money resources on the account and receive the interest rate.
If you would like to open an account for a company the following documents are required:
- Notarized Copy of the Company Certificate of Incorporation bearing an Apostille;
- Notarized Copies of corporate documents: Memorandum and Articles of Incorporation, Charters, Shareholders Agreements, Minutes of Meeting of director(s) of..., or Appointment Director(s) of... bearing an Apostille
- Notarized Copy of a General Power of Attorney bearing an Apostille authorizing the corporate account officer to open and operate an account on behalf of the company;
- A good- quality Copies of valid passports of all account officers. We do not require notarization of passport copies;
- Account agreements (two);
- The Card of Samples of Seal imprints and Signatures verified by notary public with Apostille;
- Account Maintenance System agreements of your choice (two);
- The Form of the Client Legal Person;
- Identification Card of the Actual Beneficiary.
Rates
Card of samples of seal imprints and signatures have to be certified by bank employee or notarially.
In case of necessity fills the power of attorney.
