For Individuals the Credit may be necessary for purchase of an apartment or a house as well as for redecoration of property.

Legal person can use this Credit in order to purchase new premises or land for development of the company or reconstruction.

Mortgage Credit is available for terms up to 20 years on favourable credit conditions.

In order to receive the Credit in Multibanka the following papers should be submitted:

• Filled credit application form;
• Copies of the following documents (show the originals):
• passport;
• document confirming monthly income;
• credit utilization plan and estimation of expenses.

In order to receive the Credit there must be some kind of security. It can be:

• real estate;
• money in the Bank;
• rights for claims (for instance, debts of debtors).

If security is the property, it is necessary to submit the documents that testify the property rights as well as the documents that testify the rights to mortgage the property.
For example if security is the real estate it is necessary to submit the Register cadastre deed, inventory file or other documents.
