Russian rubles can be converted on the same day if the deal is done before 12:30 Latvian time.

5. How long does it take from the moment when deal is made to real conversion of funds on the account?

As soon as the account manager receives conversion application he makes the conversion. So in order to convert money quickly you have to immediately send the conversion application.
