How to block a card?

If you lost your card or it has been stolen or your PIN code has become known to a third party you must contact the Bank or call by 24-hour telephone + 371 7092555 in order to block it promptly. After providing the card's number, name and surname, as well as other identifying information, employee of the Bank or an expert of the 24-hour Center blocks your card. Within 7 days you should write an application to the Bank on blocking the card and issue of a new one.

If you are abroad you can report about loss to the nearest police station or to the bank that serves cards of this system.

Please, remember that card's holder is responsible for all operations executed with the lost card! Therefore it is in your interests to block the card as soon as possible after it is lost.
