• Fill in the application for obtaining of MasterCard Virtual payment card of the JSC "Multibanka".

Send necessary documents to the bank:

• Signed Application for obtaining of MasterCard Virtual payment card of the JSC "Multibanka"
• Regulations on the procedure of issuing and servicing of MasterCard Virtual payment card of the JSC "Multibanka" and the Agreement on the procedure of issuing and servicing of MasterCard Virtual payment card of the JSC "Multibanka".
• for private persons - copy of the passport;
• for legal entities, which are not clients of the bank - copy of the statutes of the enterprise, certificate of registration, taxpayer certificate, documents, certifying the authority of the respective official to act on behalf of the said legal entity.
• Copies of the aforesaid documents should be certified by a notary.

• Multibanka will register the MasterCard Virtual card within 5 bank days from the moment of reception all documents and transfer of the minimal balance.
