• complete the submission regarding the transfer;
• present your passport to the account operator;
• deposit the transfer and commission sum at the cash desk;
• receive the money transfer control number from the account operator;
• inform the recipient regarding the transfer, its control number and the service point where the transfer will arrive;

How to receive a transfer within the UNIstream system:

• visit the customer service centre specified;
• complete the application regarding the receipt of a transfer, indicating the following:

1. cash transfer control number;
2. transfer sum and currency;
3. name and surname of the sender;
4. your passport data;

• present your passport to the account operator;
• receive your money transfer from the cash-desk.
